José Antonio Pérez Breva

The initials JAP stand for José Antonio Pérez Breva, a lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience; a specialist lawyer who is also versatile and whose career has provided him with a broad and general view of the law as it pertains to business and organisations.

JAP started his professional career in 1996 at a law firm with a high level of specialisation in international law (Mullerat & Roca), before joining the management consultancy branch of a US multinational corporation (Revlon) in 1998, where he held the position of regional adviser for Europe, with a special focus on the professional products line. A year later, in 1999 he joined the business law department of the Garrigues law firm, where he was entrusted with the task of helping to create a department of property law that specialised in project consultancy. After many years’ experience in the sector, JAP accepted the challenge of leading and reshaping the legal department of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona where he spent two years seeking to generate a dynamic that departed from a blind review of the role and towards a broader focus in terms of serving institutions and health professionals within the public sector.
